A personal practice of dynamic sword movement

Swiss Witcher - Shared Sword Practice by Jeannette

Shared Practice shows Jeannette’s personal approach to dynamic sword movement. It explores fast, focused motion through rhythm and expression. An open space shaped by practice and growing interest.

From personal practice to something many women asked me to share

How this shared practice took shape

I started receiving the same messages again and again after my Jedi Wife videos reached a wider audience. People asked whether I would share this practice or teach it in some form. Questions about how I train, how these movements develop, and how this kind of work fits into a body that changes over time.

What this is, and what it isn’t

I’m not a fitness coach, a yoga teacher or a dancer. I don’t offer a fixed method or a finished system. What I share is my personal practice and the way I work with movement over time.

Some women find this kind of movement helps with inner tension or irritability. Others are simply drawn to its speed, focus and expression. Curiosity is enough.

About a possible course

This practice already exists. A course does not.

I’m collecting interest before deciding whether to turn this personal practice into a small mini course. Leaving your email helps me decide whether to take that step.

For whom this is

This space is for women and anyone else who enjoy dynamic movement and real, lived practice.

It particularly resonates with women in midlife who are navigating perimenopause or menopause, but it’s open to anyone who feels curious and drawn to this kind of exploration.

You don’t need to be perfect or flexible to be here.
